About Me

"So, what can you eat?"

I get that question a lot. Even though I'm only allergic to two things.

Audience is the answer to that question. I can eat every single recipe posted here. And so can you.

​

I wanted to make somewhere that is friendly to as many people as possible. Maybe it isn’t you who’s blessed with allergies, but a guest coming for dinner tonight, and you’re stuck with what to make (been there, done that). If so, I gotcha covered.


I’ve been in the kitchen since I was little I don’t really remember not being 'in charge of oatmeal' - or eggs - every morning before school. It’s just part of my everyday.


My favourite part about being in the kitchen is the creative challenge: maybe I want to make homemade marshmallows, or seeing everyone eat mini pies so I went home and tried something out. It’s been a challenge for me, and it’s awesome to see what actually turns out.


It’s a choice we have to make every day: looking at what we don’t have as an inspiration to make something new.
